- New walking and cycling routes – Safe, easy connections to local schools, shops and neighbourhoods – helping people get around without relying on a car.
- Support for local transport – We’re exploring ways to improve public transport links and provide new bus connections.
- Investment in local infrastructure – We’ll contribute funding towards education, healthcare, highways and community facilities, ensuring the development benefits the wider area, not just new residents.
- A boost for nature and wellbeing – The development will deliver at least a 10% biodiversity net gain and create healthier places for people and wildlife to thrive.
