We are offering
- One and two bedroom homes – Ideal for first-time buyers and young professionals taking their first steps onto the property ladder, or for those wishing to downsize.
- Family options – Designed to meet the needs of growing households, offering modern, spacious living close to schools, parks and shops, these properties could have three, four or five-bedrooms.
- Downsizing options – Providing comfortable, manageable homes for older residents looking to stay in the area while moving to a property better suited to their lifestyle.
- Affordable housing – A proportion of the homes will be affordable, including affordable rent, shared ownership and First Homes. This will ensure everyone from first-time buyers to families can access high-quality housing.
